On the left is a lovely, sentimental Poem dedicated to the miracle of life growing inside mommy's belly. On the right is space for a 4 x 6 photograph of babys ultrasound. This double hinged white frame is adorned with a decorative star button. Entire frame extended measures 13 1/2" long x 4 3/4" wide.
