Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped twice a day at approximately 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM from our Matthews, North Carolina location. Next Day Air, Express and Priority orders will be shipped first (in that order) followed by the Standard shipping orders.
Sometimes orders are shipped the day they are placed but we do not guarantee this level of service particularly during the months of November and December. Processing may be delayed for a number of reasons including, but not limited to; if we are receiving an unusually excessive number of orders, during the busy holiday seasons, if products are sold out, if the order needs to be gift wrapped or if any of the information entered at checkout is invalid. Our processing time is variable depending on many, many factors but we will work very hard to process your order as soon as humanly possible.
At this time, we offer $8.95 flat rate ground shipping on all orders **shipped within the United States (does not include Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses) and $7.95 flat rate for our North and South Carolina customers.

We no longer accept international orders and ship only to the 50 United States. Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses must choose the shipping method marked for their location at checkout if they are ordering standard shipping services. Please contact us if you need rush delivery options.
We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be available to accept deliveries during the day, particularly during the holiday seasons when theft is more common. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST INCLUDING THE BUSINESS NAME WHEN ENTERING THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IF YOU ARE SHIPPING TO A WORK/BUSINESS ADDRESS. Shipping companies often will not deliver a package with an individuals name only sent to a business address.
Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
At this time we offer the following flat rate and variable shipping options for your consideration:
STANDARD ($8.95)
NC & SC ($7.95): (UPS/USPS) Flat Rate Shipping. Transit time is typically four to seven business (M-F) days. Transit time is not guaranteed. Tracking is not available. If you would like guaranteed delivery, choose UPS.
2-3 DAY USPS PRIORITY: USPS Priority Service - Transit time is typically two to three days (Monday-Saturday) (and four to five days during November and December) to most locations. TRANSIT TIME IS NOT GUARANTEED, IT IS ESTIMATED BY THE USPS. Costs begin at $9.99 but vary due to weight, size and delivery location and will be calculated at check out. This is an inexpensive alternative for fast shipping however, this shipping time is typical, not guaranteed. USPS does not guarantee 2-3 day delivery therefore neither can we. If your order takes longer than 2-3 days to be delivered through no fault of ours, no credits will be issued. Tracking is not available. This is your choice if you would like your order very soon but it is not imperative. If you would like guaranteed delivery, choose UPS.
OVERNIGHT/2 DAY EXPRESS: USPS Transit time is typically overnight (M-F) from post office to post office to most locations and 2 DAY (M-S) to residence addresses. TRANSIT TIME WILL INCREASE DURING THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER AS IS TYPICAL DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS. Costs begin at $19.99 but vary due to weight, size and delivery location and will be calculated at check out. The stated shipping time is typical, not guaranteed. USPS does not guarantee overnight/ 2 day delivery therefore neither can we. If your order takes longer than 2 days to be delivered through no fault of ours, no credits will be issued. Tracking is available. This is your choice if you would like your order within 2 days or prefer a delivery on Saturday. If you would like guaranteed delivery, choose UPS.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR: UPS Transit time is typically one business day (M-F) to most locations. The cost varies depending on your location and will be calculated during check-out. Tracking is available. This is your choice if you absolutely need your order delivered the next business day (M-F) and you are not shipping to a post office box.
Orders containing out of stock products will be processed and shipped with all in stock merchandise. We may attempt to contact our customers in advance but this is not always possible and we do not guarantee advance notice. If you would like to prevent partial shipments, please write "ship complete" in the comments section at check out. This will assure complete shipment or advance notice.
* We will not be held responsible if you enter an invalid email address and we are unable to contact you via email. This may result in your order and/or shipping being delayed. No credits will be issued in this circumstance. We do not solicite email addresses, we only use them to contact you if necessary. We are an internet store and our method of communication is email. Please provide us with a valid email address to avoid any unnecessary circumstances, we promise we will not abuse the privilege.
* UPS will not deliver to a post office box. If you designate a post office box as your shipping address, we will ship your package via USPS.
* Shipping address information must be accurate and complete to assure delivery. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional charges to the customer.
* If you are shipping to a business address, be sure to include the business name IN ADDITION to the recipients name or it is possible the USPS will return your package to the sender. We will not be held liable for delay in shipments with this error and additional shipping charges will apply if the package needs to be re-sent.
* We can not be held responsible if you are unable to receive your package due to mailbox constraints or if your UPS delivery employee or the postman chooses not to leave your package at your address. This is left to their discretion and we have no control over these circumstances whatsoever.
* We will not be held liable for UPS or USPS performance. GiftForNewBaby.com is not affiliated with UPS or USPS and will not take responsibility for their performance in any way nor are we responsible for "Acts of God" that prevent timely delivery.
* We reserve the right to ship via USPS if we so choose. Particularly to assist a customer when a Saturday delivery is imperative.
* Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00. We do not tpically ship on weekends or holidays. Please take this into consideration when choosing your shipping method.
* USPS and UPS honor different holiday schedules. You may review their websites for their holiday schedules if you wish. If you choose a shipping option and that shipper is closed the day we anticipate shipping from our warehouse, we will have no alternative but to wait until the following day to ship your order.
